MARK Ruskell, the Scottish Green Party’s Energy and Environment spokesman, has warned more work is needed to ensure a ban on fracking in Scotland can be made permanent
While the Scottish Government has extended a moratorium on fracking operations in Scotland, other factors including Brexit, changes of government and legal challenges remain possibilities.
He says the current proposal remains “legally shaky” and in this video outlines what he thinks still needs to be done.
